If you mean some storage device for recording and playback on the TV then yes, that device would be dedicated to that TV because of its software system. So if you plan to use a part used device you will need to remove that as the tv will format over it. Any device you select would be for that TV (unless you have more than one of the same model/make say). I do not know what software they use (possibly a Linux version) which is not directly related to MS, though MS systems can use software to extract that type of data it gets a bit techy. You might be able to get the model number from the settings menu and then find a PDF of the manual on the Element site. But most TVs don't have Red/White outputs for headphones, those are called RCA jacks and they are usually for sound to go into the TV. Try finding an 1/8th inch headphone jack.

No, the Element ELEFW328 does not have a Hulu app. This is not a Smart TV and does not support a direct connection to the internet for any streaming service. To get Hulu, you'll need some sort of a set-top streaming box or device. This could be something like the Roku devices, a FireStick or a computer connected to the TV. Connect the device to one of the TV's HDMI port and then connect the device to the your internet (router). LCD TV backlight lamp is usually the culprit... On my TV, however, it's the capacitors that gave out. You can tell the capacitors are bad when the top part of it is not flat and it's bulging.

Either there are multiple problems, which is rare; or the problem lies in an area that is common to the others. So most likely there is a power supply/ inverter problem. Probably one of the source voltages is low.

led line gone in screen could be a bad connection on screen. not really fixable. as when one led goes the hole row stop working.

This could be the TV's power supply, but that is just a guess, hands on testing must be done.

The display of your T.V. may have burnt out and may need to be completely replaced. My other answers would have been to replace the items you stated you replaced.
