Contact AT&T DSL support for help in getting your network to work. And do not believe them if they tell you your modem is no good. They want to shut down their DSL service and will go to any length, lying included, to get people to change over to their fiber optic system.

the modem is already old and obselete try to upgrade the modem. even though the lights on your modem works. try to call ATT because they can run a line test so they can determine if the connection is good or not

did you check the signal of the network on your office computer? you might be too far away. Or, you can check the "device manager" and see if your network adaptor is properly installed.
