You would use the line output from your computer's sound card, and plug that audio into an AV Receiver analog input. Connected that to your TV, and you're good to go.

how do you set the sd card back to the begaining without the remote?

Connect the sound bar to your cable box audio outputs--best way is optical. Then set the cable box volume to high and control the volume from the sound bar

I imagine it would be unlikely that there would be a fuse in this sort of equipment. I gather the system is dead? It could be anything from a bad connection to a component on the main board that's blown. The only way is to open it up and using a multimeter, check from the plug to the unit to see if the cable has broken and across the switch. (Do this with the unit unplugged of course)

You will need to place the sound bar's Bluetooth feature is "discovery" or "pairing" mode and then follow the tablet's usual method of connecting it to a new Bluetooth device. Once paired you can redirect the tablet's audio to the sound bar.
