Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support
Hamilton beach flexbrew. Say “Fill H2O” but is is full. What do I do?
I was able to fix this:1. Remove top cover2. Remove grate, one screw3. Dump water4. Clean water sensor probe (silver colour, bullet shape, approx 1/4" long), use a small flat screw driver with paper towel to remove any build up.5. Plug in and test until it works.if you get it to work again, that would be a good time to run the vinegar solution through.
I have Delonghi ESAM 3300 and grinder runs for
We had excactly the same problem a couple of times recently with a lot of troubleshooting, like adjsusting grinder, reseting the to factory settings, and many more and we end up that it was a problem with pcb control board which lost the preset timing of grinding thus the coffee grinding where about 3-4 sec and the correct one shold be about 8-9 sec. We have here one side which have the
control board for your reference.

I have a lavazza espresso point and both red lights are flashing
I've found if you check the basics and the obvious first it's often something silly you've missed.
Is there water in the tank? Yes, I've done that.
How old is the machine? Parts do wear out if it's used regularly.
Are you only making one or two cups of coffee or are you making four or more cups all together? If the machine gets too hot through continuous use it will go into a "Safe" mode until it cools down.
With the machine unplugged from the wall wait until it it totally cold. Open the water tank and drain as much water out as you can. At the bottom of the tank there should be a small plastic rocker arm. This is the water level switch. Use you finger and check it flops up and down.
Refill the water tank and plug it back into the wall socket. Run the machine through the 'hot water Only' cycle twice. This can flush the pipes inside the machine. Let the machine cool down then put it through a Descaling cycle.
Are all the spouts and nozzles clean and not clogged? Sometime a slow flow of water can cause error lights.
If non of these check solve the issue it is most likely a problem with an internal part. You'll need to get a professional repairer to do the work.
De'Longhi PrimaDonna Soul Coffee Maker not making milk foam.
The milk delivery tube is very narrow bore and in my experience you will find the tube is blocked with congealed milk solids even if you clean then regularly. You need an enzyme milk cleaner like Rinza and even with that you need to manually massage the tubes or remove the blockages. The service engineers just replace them.

Krups GVX2-12 Electric Burr... Problem:
First, unlock and unscrew the upper burr carrier. Clean and check the upper burr by gently running your finger over the teeth in the cutting direction. It shoild feel moderately sharp. If it feels very blunt, look at the teeth under a good light. If you see a substantial "flat spot" at the top of the teeth, probably the burr set will need replacement.
For the bottom burr, clean carefully its teeth, and the entire area in which it is housed. Include the outlet orofice as well. You may find a lot of oily deposits within here, so just clean them off as best as possible.
When all is clean, insert the top burr holder back in place. Screw it down until both burrs touch, then back it off (say) 1/4 turn, and lock.
Put some beans in the top, and switch on. Adjust the top burr until the desired grind is obtained.
The ground coffee should feel like a coarse sand when close to the desired grind size.
