Repetitive buzzing noise
Some componet in the Amp circuit is breaking down. The longer you let this go, the more of a chance that you will have a major short and blow out several parts,m as thats what happens with amps. Get it service asap and dont use it.

Cav 2 2.1 speakers volume control is burnt
Short circuit in the board. Lcukily you can get a very inexpensive Universal Remote for almost nothing now. Shorts will smell similar to burned plastic, otherwise known as ozone. Discard the controller after removing batteries.

No speaker output from Basscube 8s
Yes. Check your connections that you are using from your preamp/processor or receiver to the Basscube to confirm that any adjustments I'll give you instructions for will go to the correct output. There are 2 ways that signal can be connected to the Basscube, your inquiry does not describe which you are using; either speaker level or line level. Line level is the easiest as it uses only one cable so I'll assume that is what you've used. The following instructions I'll provide you with will presume that you are using a digitally controlled receiver or preamp/processor with an LED or LCD display and remote. On the preamp/processor or receiver, navigate to your speaker setup menu and adjust the frequency output of any bass management system it may have to a full range signal. This may be a setting labeled for speaker size for example, choose "large." Or, if it has just a crossover setting, increase that to it's highest value. Then go to the rear panel of your of your Basscube. Adjust the crossover to about 120Hz. Return to your preamp/processor or receiver. Navigate to your speaker level control on the speaker setup menu. Increase this level to a matching value for each channel until you can hear your Newton speakers.
