Washing Machines - Popular Questions, Answers, Tips & Manuals

Very likely you needed an new lid switch.
They are very cheaply made, and do not cost too much either.
If, in fact, you discover the new part does not match the old one, call that "Searspartsdirect" number and ask them what to do.
God bless your efforts.

I think if it isn't draining on one cycle but is on another. I would try to narrow it down to the Main Control Board. If the pump was bad, it wouldn't drain at all, just spin on all cycles. A local appliance repair should have an replacement. Or order online.

Even though your Bosch washing machine is new, the door lock may be defective and will have to be replaced. It should be a warranty repair

i don't know. you might like to make sure the hot and cold water taps for hoses are open. if yes, you might like to unplug the machine for a few minutes to see if that eliminates your fault.

Probably the pump is clogged with wet feathers. It will have to be cleaned out to restore normal operation.

Wet cloths or error F04

I could not find anything on the internet above this error, the reason for this.

Machine runs fine and completes the cycle with no error, but with 1 fault, cloths are still wet. just once it showed error F04.
I noticed that:-
1. the drum did not spin fast
2. water was draining out of the outlet pipe but at a slow rate
water pump access at the bottom right of the machine was blocked with coins and a plastic strip, cleaned and all working again.
Did not expect the pump to be the fault as water was coming out the outlet pipe.

AHAaaa... I had a similar problem and discovered that my SPRINGS lost "tension" or strength! EVERYTHING looked fine and 'in place' but that balance function HAUNTED me too.

3 NEW springs fixed the problem and I hope this helps you!
