Check that the pawl you put on hasn't come off. If ok, turn pulley on bottom of gearbox both ways. It should turn freely both ways, If it only turns one way then possible something wrong with clutch ratchet or the spring inside the ratchet. Did you take the pulley off? If you did then are you sure you tightened it back properly. Failure to do so would allow the spring in clutch to get damaged.

43 is a faulty out of balance switch which is located under the main board,you can do a temp fix by cutting the two wires going to it and joining them together and taping them up, ideally its better to replace the switch which is inexpensive and easy to fit
