Hook a shop vac directly to drain hose end and tape then suck. If too clogged for that just hold the shopvac hose under drain clean out and slowly remove cap til water is out . Shopvac will catch water. Also if its not too full u can lean it back at 45 degrees and water will move away from clean out

Unplug for 30 seconds. Plug back up. Then power it up. Should unlock. Try it again and if the error returns, it could be the motor or motor control unit, (mcu). Mody common is mcu
