Go on youtube and it should show you step by step ps lay machine on its back and underneath behind the drain plug is 2 pipes connected to the pump and a power connector , take off and undo both pipes , undo first the screws from the front of the drain plug what holds the pump in good luck

Drain the machine , drain hose next to drank plug , undo the drain plug and make sure there is nothing stopping the propeller turns using a torch to see with , if all turns and nothing lodged there then it's your pump ps easy job to do and cheap to repair your self , if you need more information get back to me colin evans

Sounds like the hoses on the pump have perished or pump ps best way is do a cycle let it rinse then when you see it leaking turn power off , make the machine safe and lower it down where you can see underneath at the pump hoses

Something could be stuck in the pump , drain the machine down drain hose next to drain plug when all water is out put a towel under drain plug unscrew then look in the drain plug and your see a little propeller, make sure it turns and nothing stuck there to stop it turning and leave clean then try again good luck

Sounds like the bearing on the drum has gone , open the door and see if you have any play on the drum by moving it side to side and up and down good luck

Your right it sounds like the pump . Drain the water out from drain hose next to drain plug take out the machine and unplug all filling hose and power lay machine on its back and underneath the bottom you will see the pump it has 2 hoses connected to it , take off the power connector then unclipped the 2 hoses take out pump the pump should read between 150 to 170 ohms on a multimeter but the washers and seals can wear as well , good luck be safe
