If you have set a cash limit, you'll need to increase or remove it to make large payments. Pay by another method e.g credit so that you can finish the sale. Now you need to edit the limit. Make sure you have thermal paper (one side should be shiny) and have the shiny side toward you as it feeds out of the printer

That's the special US and Canada model so as long as you have entered the correct state/ province that you live in, it should get it right. If you used to have add on tax but your state/ province changed, contact a dealer and they may have a new firmware to load into your machine or they can give you manual codes to adjust it.

Simultaneously press [F2] & [F4].Key in 1, Alpha, Alpha, 66831 and press [Enter].Select CLOCK [F3].Key in the Year, the Month and the Day and then press [Enter]. Do not press [Enter] between these values, the terminal will automatically populate the appropriate fields as they are entered. Use the down arrow to scroll down to check/adjust the time. Key in the hour, using military format (ex: 3 p.m. = 15), then key in the minutes and press [Enter] to complete and return to Menu 1.
