You probably overwrote the key status when you were programming another key. Try programming a zero into the total key and that will reset the status. Program it as you would an item but give it a zero price

Hi Sherri. You use the dealer line codes to program these. Also, there is a layout diagram in the dealer manual to help you enter the characters for the lines. The manual is on the net.
