If you had said which telescope, we might have been able to help. As it is, we are in the dark, when Optics don't work anyway. If you google the make, model and the word manual, you may find a link to some appropriate literature.

Looking at your other posts, you don't seem to have a lot of luck with technology - perhaps change the focus of your interests, hmm ? For your scope / tripod problem, take it to a service centre.

Here's what I found at the NRA museum site. Since it has no letters in the Ser # it was made in 1962. Your Ser# info is on page 4.

Hello Stephen Godfrey...

I have a SAVAGE pump...
That I have had since I was young
( long time gone (at that time it was old))...

When one of my "friends" felt compelled to DRY-Fire it...
(which I was trained to NEVER do) the firing pin emerged from the BOLT.. and stuck (in such a way as to crush the primer well before the BOLT would be locked (I poured my favorite gun-smiths
sources... and contacted my munitions mentors... BITTERLY COMPLAINING about my inability to get any meaningful numbers ...

With some fiddling... measuring and looking in SAVAGE
catalogs... I was informed that I had a PRE 1958...
model 30, 12 gauge
... and to concern myself no
further about the TOTAL LACK OF ANY NUMBERS...

Savage DIDN'T do NUMBERS on shot-guns previous
to 1958
.

They ordered my new FIRING PIN... and it fit perfectly.

We all lived happily ever after.

The END.

( Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser. ... Turn the focus knob back and forth slowly until the image is in sharp focus.)
as you say you have the manual so no point it sending you to that link.
so go to this link and see if it helps.

See if this site has what you need. If they don't, it's probably not available. Not saying it can't be fixed by a gunsmith, just it won't be easy or cheap if a ready made replacement is not available.
