I have solution for this problem now. I tried alot to sought out this C2558 error in bizhub 215 & 195 but i got failed. But now i have a solution for this error after wasting my 2 days & searching data, youtube, website, manual, installation guide & more. Here is solution for this C2558 Error in Konica Minolta Bizhub 215 & 195 :- Step-1. You need to change your developer(a packet pouch of developer), if you have not done yet. if you have already changed your developer then jump to step2. (Note - for installing & refilling devloper into the cartridge check other guide on youtube for how to re-fill developer. Step-2. Be Carful there should be no Toner bottle. Don't get confused with tonner bottle & developer both are different. so remove tonner bottel from machine. Step-3. switch Off & re - switch on the machine . Step-4. when machine finish warming after that - Press UTILITY (tool) button. Then Enter service mode by pressing the buttons [Stop], [0] [0], [Stop], [0] [1]. (Note you should press this sequence in continous). The display shows the service mode.On the menu SERVICE WITH chioce press [OK].Use the buttons next to the display and select menu FUNCTION. Step-5. Press [OK]. Step-6. Use the buttons next to the display and select the menu AUTO ADJUST TCR. Step-7. Press [OK] and set ATDC. For about 2 min. the following message appears: TCR TCR AUTO ADJUST GAIN: ### where ### is the number Step-8. Turn the machine off the main switch. (finished if there is no error message , you can check print without tonner bottel. after that if there is no error message of c2258 then you can put bottle inside) If the machine displays an error message C2557 or C2558, check whether you have correctly connected terminal, which is detached when removing the developer. Installing the toner bottle :- Step-1. Before using the toner Shake the toner bottle. Step-2. Open the front door. Step3. Insert the toner bottle into about halfway with the label (Tape) on top of the toner bottle, and then slowly Just remove the label from the toner bottle. Step-4. Align the toner bottle to mark the arrow and push the bottle to the far end of the toner bottle. -----GOOD LUCK-----

Okay, to be of real help you have to reset the error in service mode as the officetech1 said. To do this you need to press the head key (the head with the star inside) then 2+8 together and then the head key again. This will get you into service mode. Then select 'COPIER' then 'FUNCTION' then 'CLEAR' then select 'ERROR' or 'ERR' press 'OK' then switch the machine off and on again. This may get it working for a while or a long time. But if not, you will need a fixing film unit to remedy the problem.

wind it on by hand making sure the ribbon is not snagged or remove and replace the cartridge. Cartridges are usually one shot, when you get to the end, you replace.
