Since you have posted this in the section for EKG/ECG machines, I am surmising that you are referring to lower limb lead placement to decrease artifact on EKG readings. If you were my patient, I would simply move the lower limb leads up to the lower part of your torso where they would be less likely to be affected by movement from the fasciculations. It may cause a decrease in the deflection on the reading, but at least it will allow for a clearer overall "picture".

I hope this answers your question.

If your question was indeed how to cure the fasciculations themself, I would suggest discussing that with your neurologist. He or she is the only one who will have a clear enough knowledge of your whole case to be able to advise you properly.

If the bed is equal when raised and one end slowly goes down, that bed end is bad. Gears in the end may be stript allowing the cable to not hold.
If the ends are always unequal, dis engage drive shaft (head) and the spring loaded actuator at foot end.
in the middle on thetop of the bed ends slide the plastic access door to expose a slotted feed screw. Turn the slotted screw to make the end go down completely. Repeat on other side. Once completed put drive shaft back on and engage actuator at foot end. This should work
