What laws did the Reagan administration enact that benefit the American people TODAY?

His deregulation of banks possibly helped the wealthy. His military budget essentially made the Soviet Union collapse from an inability to compete financially. The collapse of a system that perversely destroyed personal freedom doubtlessly kept us from direct conflict.

I'm a stupid 15 year old and I tired a cig, I smoked 4 before I realized what I was doing and stopped. Can I get cancer form only 4 cigs?

Cig are injurious to health and lead to the cancer no matter how much you used in a day. If you used cig in low amount then you have more time and cig effects will take time to appear and if you smoke badly then it's effects will not take time and appear and may lead to cancer. So better advice is you don't have to take smoke.

Why does 1/5 + 1/2 not equal 2/7?

Let's look at the overall picture. Does it make sense if you have a fifth of a pizza and add a half pizza, you get less than a third of a pizza. Now, into the math. Here is a fifth of a pizza. fifth pizza-t3nl2udzxv0orsigcra1nwzp-2-0.jpg Here is half a pizza. half pizza-t3nl2udzxv0orsigcra1nwzp-2-2.jpg It is hard to add these two. We find the least common multiple of the denominators 2 and 5 and get 10. Let's redo the pizzas in 10 slices. two tenths-t3nl2udzxv0orsigcra1nwzp-2-5.jpg And the half pizza. five tenths-t3nl2udzxv0orsigcra1nwzp-2-9.jpg Now with the same sized slices, we can add the slices and calculate the result. seven tenths-t3nl2udzxv0orsigcra1nwzp-2-14.jpg Now we have seven slices out of ten, or 7/10. Good luck. Paul

Which is more precise, fractions or decimals??

Fractions can be more precise than decimals. For example: 1/3 can not be expressed exactly as a decimal. .33333333333333333333333333333333333333333... is only an approximation. Some numbers cannot be expressed precisely as either a fraction or a decimal. pi is an example. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/bill_f6ca18ca1db028ed

There are two bulbs One with 10 ohm resistance and other with 5 ohm. 1.Which bulb will glow bright. 2.Which bulb will empty battery first.?

I disagree. Assuming that the bulbs are not connected together in either series or parallel, the answer is the five ohm resistor. The five ohm resistor passes twice as much current as the ten ohm. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/bill_f6ca18ca1db028ed
