Hi Mark Perhaps a bit late now.... Just spotted this so I imagine it's all fixed by now. But for others with this sort of problem. Assuming the pull cord is not broken, stuck or tangled. Switch off or short plug to ground, for safety then remove the spark plug to allow the engine compression to escape. You should be able to turn the engine over really easy with the pull rope, otherwise the engine might be seized or the rotary pull mechanism jammed. Also... can the shaft to the string line be rotated as in the crankshaft of the engine. Good Luck

Installing a gate post has been done at my home, involving use of a post-hole digger for best results in digging a hole that is relatively narrow across. I'm thinking it was a foot deep, but go as deep as needed to make the top of the post as high as is needed. Pour some ready-mix cement around the post and make sure the post is properly rotated to have the gate hinge holes lined up in parallel with the gate. Hold it straight as necessary until the concrete sets.

I would recommend a replacement light socket. I would not want to be responsible for a fire or electric shock if I told you "yes."

Once the extreme weather issues clear up, you might be able to reach customer service. Do you happen to have a volt-ohmmeter? They can be had fairly inexpensively at Harbor Freight, maybe Radio Shack. Switch to DC voltage range above the expected battery voltage, black lead on negative and red lead on positive.

Math homework, but an English lesson involved: Proper spelling is "equation." Offhand I see possibly that we need to set up to solve 5690/6600= X/100 and cross-multiply, then solve for X Do again for 950/6600=Y/100 and cross multiply. Solve for Y. At least we get to put something together that replaces the original equation with X%+Y%=100% Now, I am leading up to Y% is the percentage change, but I need to bone-up on that point myself. Perhaps I have triggered the thought juices.

Sounds like a math homework question. I suggest you divide the given side length into the area to obtain the second side. Add the first side and second side to get the linear feet for the two sides.....

What do you mean by "short out"? Is the motor burned up? That'd be caused by too-hard work in a hostile environment. Is the wiring inside the door burned up? That'd be caused more than likely by a pinched wire. Is a connector loose or corroded? That'd be caused by rough vehicle usage, sloppy assembly, or a hostile environment. Before anyone can determine any cause, the exact failure needs to be determined.

You need to go back to the hinges. The is a house near me that has a gated drive that rises sharply from the road. Needless to say a normal hinge system would only allow the gate an opening of a few inches. The hinges on the gate allow all the movement required, it is your problem in reverse, but the answer is the same. That is where you need to get your ironmonger to look.

Before you go and tear out a blower, try to see if the blower speed controls are tightly wired . It could have come loose ,or has broken. You said the blower came on, then off, then on again. It might be the power wire that runs from the switch to the main wiring harness has gotten loose , or melted at the junction point. I had a 2000 Saturn with the same problem. I replaced everything, including the blower motor, no help. Then in frustration, I left the battery connected, and pulled the climate control unit out. As I was lifting it out, the blower started working !! Found it was a loose power wire, I fixed it by jumping the connector . Cost me $1.00 , has run with no issues for two years now.

There should be an external box probably by Linear that is hooked to the board, it may be inside the operator case or outside as well.
