It depends on the year it was made. Call Samsung customer service and give them the model and serial number and they will let you know.

The best way to make PIN, especially one you won't forget, is to find out the numbers your last name letters correspond to from a phone. For instance, since your last name is Fomin, the numbers from the phone are 3,6,6,4,6. To make it more secretative, make it backwards.
I suggest you use your middle name cause most people don't let everybody know there middle name.

Hey Clifford -
It depends on where you live. If you have a Safelink phone, dial 411 and whichever phone carrier answers then that's the network your on. Safelink uses all carriers so it depends on where you live. Once you find out the carrier, you can go on the internet and find out the network they use then get an unlocked phone for that network.

Hello, Helen -

Even rechargeable batteries eventually need to be replaced because they can no longer hold a charge.

Without knowing the make and model of your cell phone and without knowing where you reside (what country), it is impossible for me to direct you to a good source for purchasing a the right replacement battery.

I suggest you find the website for the maker of your cell phone and check if they have information on the right type of battery for your phone and if you can purchase (online) a replacement battery from them.

Best wishes.
