Workplace harassment and bullying is a complicated subject. If you know the boss and the kind of working relationship they have with your area manager, you will have to determine whether you should speak to them directly behind closed doors or lodge a formal complaint through the company (depending on the size of the organisation). If it is a serious allegation you may need someone to represent you from a legal standpoint. Look up the workplace laws that apply to you and seek appropriate advice.

Re: Infinity Gold AMP Wire Diagram

Well I don't particularly care for Haynes manuals, but my FSM's did not have anything either. I found this in thejeep cherokee haynes manual and it says that it is for 97 and later models but see if it is close. it looks like there are 2 harnesses so I will list them seperately:

Hartness 1:
[7] Left Soundbar Speaker (+) BR/YL
[8] Left Soundbar Speaker (-) BR/LB
[5] Left Front Door Spkr (+) DG
[1] Left Front Door Spkr (-) BR/RD
[9] Right Soundbar Speaker (+) DB/WT
[3] Right Soundbar Speaker (-) DB/OR
[6] Right Front Door Spkr (+) VT
[2] Right Front Door Spkr (-) DB/RD
[4] Power Amp Relay Feed DG/RD

Harness 2:
[05] Right Soundbar Spkr (+) TN/RD
[13] Right Soundbar Spkr (-) TN/BK
[06] Left Soundbar Spkr (+) WT/TN
[14] Left Soundbar Spkr (-) WT/BK
[11] Passenger Door Spkr (+) LB/RD
[10] Passenger Door Spkr (-) LB/BK
[04] Drivers Door Spkr (+) DG
[12] Drivers Door Spkr (-) LG/RD
[01] Power Amp Feed
[02] Power Amp Feed
[07] Power Amp Ground
[08] Power Amp Ground

The tweeters run in parallel off of the door speakers.... If I can help any more let me know.

Which is the hot wire black or white?

The black (hot) and white (neutral) wires carry the current, and the copper wire is the ground. Note that the outlet's screw terminals are certain colors. The white wire goes on the silver screw. The bare copper or green wire goes on the green screw.

The problem is likely FU1821 located on side B of the main system board. the part number is CEK1257 cost is about $10, it is a fast blow 2A fuse. Replacing this yourself will require some fairly good soldering skill, as this is a miniature surface mount component, it doesn't just plug in to the board. I ordered mine from partsearch.tigerdirect.com ; but there are several sites that offer this proprietary part, I was able to replace it without incident in about 1 hour using a small soldering iron, forceps (to hold the tiny fuse in place), and a desoldering tool.

Usually, when you see "Protect", the audio system has detected a short in the wiring. You'll have to check for loose or broken wires and missing insulation on wires that are touching anything else in the vehicle. Check all of the speaker leads from the wiring harness to the speakers.

If you can't find any wiring issues, press the reset button behind the faceplate. To take the faceplate off, press in on the upper left corner and then pull the left side away from the dash. Use a pen point or an unfolded paper clip to press the recessed button. It's below the CD slot a bit left of the center of the main unit.

If the "Protect" message continues, your CD-receiver requires service at a service center.

I hope this helps. You can see a picture of the location of the reset button on page 4 of the manual. You can find a copy of the manual from Kenwood support here: http://www.kenwood.com/cs/ce/index.php?model=KDC-252U&lang=index .
