You need to connect the hand brake sensor wire , Should be a light green wire , if you connect this wire to the car chassis you should be good to go , check the wiring diagram in the manual or hopefully it's still on your head unit.

WIFI connection method:
1. Switch the power button to turn on, then long press the play key until the blue light on(30 seconds later, blue indicator light start flickering, then the clock camera is turned on , and then red indicator light will flickering, which means the clock camera WIFI signal is opened)
2. turn on the WIFI on your smart phone . Run APP software that you have downloaded and installed

I have the same unit, your unit sounds like its defected. Mine on the other hand has a static noise coming from its speakers, does yours do that too?

Start with checking the antenna has an earth connection.

It's sounds like your audio outputs are dead which require an oscilloscope to test , Check your audio connections to the unit , Did they check the speakers ?

How have you connected the amp to your head unit is it with a dedicated sub source from the head unit or have you connected the speaker outputs to it ?

If it's to operate your video source tv dvd etc just connect the hand brake wire on your system to your car chassis or a known earth wire.

Turn the vehicle on and when the Radio turns on, power off just the Radio and press the reset button. After pressing the reset button, turn the key to the off position on the vehicle. That will reset the microprocessor.
