Dust in the front and back elements are easy to remove, you can do it by yourself with the help of a right tool. it is also possible that lens got affected with fungus due to moisture and dust. you should make sure your camera is weather protected. Overall, one of the best ways to control moisture is to keep small packets of "Silica Gel" desiccant inside the case with each lens.
you need to go to your local professional camera store and purchase lens cleaners. These are special clothes and cleaning solutions that you use to clean the lenses and have them streak free. In fact, even if your lenses are not dirty right now they're still a good thing to have on hand. Your lenses will eventually get dirty and if you have the cleaners then you can clean them instantly.

I don't believe this camera has it's own built in speaker so you won't be able to hear anything. In that case you need to remove the camera s/d card and place in your computer s/d slot. If none is available, there are s/d to usb cables available that are not expensive. Put in the s/d card and plug in the usb from the cable into any usb computer slot. Once you click on your video via the s/d card, you should hear your audio from the video.
