go to the local hardware store and get wire tensioners
they are like a minuture winch with a ratchet cog
probably less than $5.00 each
anchor to one posr and put the cable through the drum and wind it up with a screw driver or rod
do not make the tension too tight or the cable will snap in windy conditions as the trees move apart from each other
