Immobiliser not working
Find the electronic control unit/immobilizer, probably under the hood somewhere. Get the brand/serial-model number and get online to the manufacturer and how to resynchronize your key fob. It's probably something like push a couple buttons on your fob and use the key to lock/unlock the doors but who knows. You MUST find out the immobilizer brand. Call the previous owner or dealer you got the truck from might even help.

I have the Python CE0890
You have a remote brain that's gone bad. Locate an aftermarket black book under the driver's side dash. Unplug the harness' connecting into that box. Depending on the install, you may not need to go further. If the system has remote start you may need to locate the starter wire and reconnect it.

I have a 95 toyota camry with Audiovox alarm model
Not enough information to give you any kind of helpful answer. Problems such as yours are difficult to diagnose with the automobile sitting in front of me much less with the tiny amount of information you've provided. That said, my best advice would be for you to find a local mechanic and pay him to look at your car.

Most things have manuals online you can download for free. It does sound like your missing a part.
In case you don't know a PDF (Portable Document Format) is an interactive manual.
This link shows the part (to fill a tire) that should be on yours
On this page - click where it says "Download as PDF" and save it to your computer.
You can then open it with a PDF reader such as (Acrobat Reader DC).
I just did a search in Bing for your System.
The search term I used was ( Vector #VEC021C Jump Start System - Manual )

All my files are locked
try start in safe mode. Get onto internet and install malwarebytes. Update malwarebytes and run a scan. Make sure you turn off your antivirus when running the scan. If you have avast anti virus, malwarebytes will treat all files from avast as malware so make sure you uncheck those files before you delete the resulted corrupted files.

I have a 2006 Infiniti M35X. I recently
the app ( accelerator position sensor) would account for the loss of power
The TP throttle position sensor ( connected to the APP will also result in a loss of power so those 2 are directly connected
that code would come in 2 references as the code can refer to either or both
the vdc code will put the light on as well and it could be a coincidence to happen together or the app and tp put the light on and the transmission was noticed because of the engine problem
the vdc problem may be fixed with an transmission oil change so have a competent auto transmission specialist do a diagnosis and quote
