You could go to the various manufacturer's WEB site to download the drivers

Download the drivers from a friend's computer who has Internet access and copy them to your computer.

try to help it by lightly pushing it, cd tray gear tend to become unstable if not been use for a long time

Press F1 or F2 or esc when trying to boot up to get into bios look for boot order choose dvd-rom as first boot device then drive0 you can change the order to boot from usb these days though i haven't owned a computer like that yet.

Your computer is not passing the Power On Self Test or POST. Your system is not altogether dead, as you have found there is at least some life in it.

This is a common problem, in most cases this is caused by a faulty mainboard, however it could even be due to a faulty Processor. Overheating could be the reason for the problem.

You must install the operating system first before you can install all the drivers. Then update the operating system and some drivers can be download from the update website. Otherwise, go to the manufacture of the laptop's website, in this case Bravo, enter you computer's model to download the specific drivers for it.

Indicates lid is not locked Check for items caught in the lid keeping it from closing. Press Power/Cancel once to clear the code.......hope this helps......
