Bosch MX25E stopped working
Although this is an 8 year old question - I had the same issue. Here is how I resolved. The gear box is pressed on to the armature assembly. and held partly by a 35x2 mm o-ring. Carefully pry the gearbox away from the tabbed four prong ring. Yes the ring will bend but can easily be re-shaped by taping with a body work hammer and backer. The replacement gear head needs additional grease - a separate part (1615430005) and a new o-ring (2600210026). Lubricate the moving parts sparingly. Re-assembly is tricky as it requires press fitting back. Go slow - checking alignment. I used a Bessy Revo clamp (large head) with a piece of 3/4" pine at each end of the gear shaft assembly. Be sure to line up the the tabbed ring as you go.

I've had this / a similar problem .Note: Always disconnect the cord before opening an electrical machine!The stator has four connections, There should be about 20ohm resistance if you measure between two connections on the same side (one at bottom where an orange lead is attached and one at the top (not orange)). One stator winding was cut exactly where it attached to the connector. (Probably due to vibration in combination with a not-gentle fastening method) Touch the thin copper wire gently at each connector to see if any is loose.To fix it, I gently unwound the wire one turn, cut it to a suitable length, used a fine sanding paper to remove the isolation at the end, wound the wire a couple of turns around the connector and soldered it to the fixed part of the connector.
Changing the rubber pad on the Bosch PEX 12 AE
I'm not familiar with that particular model, but they are virtually all replaced the same way. There are a few screws through the pad into the base. Simply remove them and screw the new pad on. You'll see that it's quite simple once you get the new pad in your hands.
Just be careful not to strip the head of the screw: use the right size screwdriver tip.

Bosch cordless drill not working.
First The model is pretty new. you need to register your tool on line. this takes you from a one year warranty to a three year warranty. They will give you a pro-vantage number. with that said it sounds like a trigger switch. Yhe trigger switch is the brain of your tool. not only does it do your variable speed but it also controlls the brake and your fuel gauge. Because of the cost I highly recomend taking it to your closes Bosch service center.
Just stopped working. won't make
I have the same router and the same thing happened to me. I had to take it in and get a new switch put in it. The tech told me that mine was under warranty and it did not cost me anything for the repair.
