If I have the model number correct ... that is a fairly deep oven that has multiple heating elements. One of your elements may have died, resulting in lower temperatures.

Contact Black and Decker customer service and ask them for replacement parts department. Depending on how old the oven is; some parts are not available after 5 years.

B & D toaster ovens are not meant to be repaired because the lawyers told them there is too much risk. They won't sell you or distributors spare parts.

as toasters make a lot of heat in operation , it would not be advisable to use it under counter
as for a bracket only from the manufacturer if available
I honestly believe that the burned element in my toaster oven is replaceable
like a burned out oven element or dryed element. I thought someone would
show me how to replace the element. That didn't happen. I am dubious
about the need for experts via a commitment to a specialists' plan.
The knob is available, I just recieved one I ordered online. www.partstore.com Part no. tros004. Cost approx. $14.00. Cheaper than a new toaster. Just turn the knob easy and too far!!!!!!!!! That is what breaks it.
