The belt wraps all the way around the drum & around the pulley on the motor.

The F 01 error code indicates a problem with the electronic control board of the dryer. Sometimes this is caused by an electrical problem that surged through your household wiring. Unplug the dryer (or trip the appropriate circuit breaker). Wait a few minutes. Restore the power to the dryer. If the error recurs, check the wiring between the motor and the control board. Replace damaged wiring. Also check the thermal fuse. Replace the fuse if it is faulty. The fuse is above the blower wheel housing. Most often the control board has to be replaced.

A parts list and diagrams for the WED9200S are available here: https://www.appliancepartspros.com/search.aspx?model=wed9200 . Check your appliance model number to get the final digit to ensure you look at the correct diagram. (Note: your model number above appears to be missing 1 letter and a digit.)

I hope this helps.
