I searched using Google.com and did not see software anywhere. I saw a site requiring registration to download manual, but I did not check if it was legitimate or not. I saw several sites alleging to sell the item, and some appeared to be new in box, which might include the software, but I did not verify it.

You could use another router connected through Wifi in bridged mode, then you could use the LAN ports on the new router.

contact the maker first, ask them for SUPPORT./? be best. for sure. all i can guess at is batteries in backwards . most are polarized plugs but do not want to read your manuals.
