I purchased a potted bay leaf from your Waterloo road store Backpool have kept It indoor and have found it is home for Ants , Ants crawling every where do I take it back.

Fixya is not related to Aldi in any way. You need to contact your Aldi store for a return which they will only accept if you have a receipt, and if your purchase has been within 30 days.

take it back to the shop where you got it and ask for a refund as it is not as described you can contact the manufacturer or distributor and complain to them about the missing parts

This is not the Aldi site, so no one here will have receipts of your purchases. Aldi only allows returns within 30 days, and usually will not accept a return if you do not have the receipt. You could contact the manufacturer, but you may just need new batteries.
