If this is an old problem, can be the refrigerant level low or during transport, oil filter partially clogged. In any case, call a refrigerator serviceman.
Switch it off and defrost that patch of ice , switch it on and check temp after a few hours may fix it if thermostat was frozen, if not check for gas leak or faulty thermostat.
I am pretty sure you are having a defrost drain blockage problem. Most defrost every eight hours and over a period of time the drain line that comes down from freezer into a cup like object top middle and back of the fresh food section. If blocked by gunk or ice you will see trails of liquid leaking down the rear wall of fresh food compartment until it reaches the crisper drawers.This is not always the same with every model as you may see frozen ice flowing down ther rear wall of freezers on side by sides. On an AEG SANTO 3533, the tray sits on top of the compressor. There is a short metal "tunnel" on top of the compressor. The tray has a plastic clip in the middle which goes through the tunnel and latches up on the other side. To remove, reach to the back of the metal in the middle of the tray, press the plastic clip firmly down, and pull/wiggle the tray backwards horizontally to remove. Needed a torch to see clearly on mine. One of these things that's easy once you've done it once.
