contain an old date.  Delete it and see if TurboCad will start.  If it does it will probably create another file in the Preferences folder that has a new start date for the evaluation period

[EDIT] One more thing, at the bottom of the Start Module it says, "TurboCAD starts to register RegenMethods from TCImages.dll...", and it stops there. I don't ever remember seeing that before. [/EDIT
