...advise. If the blades rotate then the paper should go in...just be sure the blades are turning in the forward direction and not in reverse.Also make sure you lubricate the blades with shredder

shredder blades. Take a look at what drives the blade, If it is a toothed belt then mabie some teeth have been taken off by a bad Jam so the blade will spin until it comes to the worn part of the belt
