sound the sound is breaking up in the middle of sentence but picture is great Go in ur tv menu.Go to AUDIO setting,go down reset it back to factory setting,should solved ur problems.
channels have dropped out Unplug,replug the tv and cable box about hour later.The cable box should upgrade it software and the tv will reset itself back to factory setting.The tv now,should work again
