2003 Ford Explorer that is overheating. I have replaced the thermostat, replaced the water pump. The odd thing is that the temp gauge "bounces" between the mid level and the red block. It moves like a

Why does it keep overheating? Replaced thermostat and water pump and flushed radiator The radiator may be defective internally. Flushing may not be enough.
