windscreen wipers seem to have gone on the blink. The front only works on normal or high speed and not intermittent. The rear does not work at all and nor dor the front or rear washers.. Fuse seems ok

windscreen washer is not working, the rear washer works. Both back & front wipers are working. If it is the same as some other Chevrolets they have 2 pumps attached to the side of the washer bottle. 1
