seals in it may not be holding. Watch the slave cylinder push the clutch lever while someone presses the clutch pedal. If travel is not enough and was bled properly, you may need a new master cylinder

master cylinder, you will need to purchase some new brake fluid (buy a quart) so that you can fill the master cylinder and then bleed the brakes on EACH wheel. This works best with a helper in the car
