low beam lights work on high beam. Checked owner's manual but could not find where the fuse would be for headlights, definitely not listed with the other fuses under the dash. Sounds like a bad dimmer

low beam filaments are working.you may have to feed power and ground directly to the proper headlight prongs from the battery to make sure the bulbs are good.then it could be a relay for the low beams
