seems like it has a miss fire on one of the plugs REPLACE FUEL FILTER,REPLACE AIR FILTER CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS SEE IF IT HELP THE PROBLEM. MISS IN ONE CYLINDER COULD BE BAD COIL OR FAULTY FUEL INJECTOR
