Insignia Mp3 player frozen I synced songs from windows media player and everything was fine until I unplugged the usb cord and now it is frozen saying usb connected...ok to disconnect. I tried holding

frozen it is the Insignia NS4V17r i did everything pluggin it back in but it still don't work. Whay should i do. If you hold the power button for 20 seconds it will shut off. I had the similar problem
