Here are the possibilities: 1. really dirty heads - both video and audio 2. TV is not selecting the right input for the VCR. 3. difficult (but rare) failure in the VCR output circuitry. Hope Ya Fix it

TV, and they work for channels 2 through 13. What's my best fix? using the magnovox remote, reprogram the vcr's channels. set it up to use cable not air. when the vcr was unlugged it lost it's channel
TV tuner is likely bad if through ch 3 seeif te picture goes funny on ch 3 without using the VCR the tuner may be bad on higher band channels - smetimes you can remove the tuner and resolder the tuner
