the screen is very fuzzy not clear picture is very unclear, faded looking. how do i fix fuzzy screen

and the picture for all the inputs comes in fuzzy. The menu is also fuzzy but when I split the screen the backround numbers an info are clear. Is this a quick fix or a junk TV? i would say it junk m8.
