Where is the coolant temp sensor located on a 2002 Lincoln LS 3.9 v8

Where is the coolant temp sensor located on a 2002 Lincoln LS 3.9 v8 I believe its on the inside edge of the passenger side head under the 3rd inlet port. Wires are white/violet and brown white
