My stick shift is extremely hard to shift when the car is hot.

gears, and anytime it's over 75 degrees it takes about 5 mins for it to start getting hard to shift. It almost makes a squeak noise like it's dry underneath. I don't much about manual cars

Sometimes my car won't move when I shift it into gear. But if I turn the engine off and restart it, then shift into gear again it will move. What could be causing this?

jerking, vibrating, slow shifting, hard shifts, then it could be the shift actuator. It is on the outside of the transmission. Not cheap, but easy to replace. It could also be linkage to your shifter
