fuel pump relay no fuel to engine why do you think its the relay? could be the pump ...but just in case? look under the driver dash ...there should be a little brow relay ,that should be the one!

1996 subaru legacy fuel pump relay location It's way up under the dash on the drivers side. It's green in color. It will be to the left of the ignition relay which is brown in color.
