i have a 5-cup Wolfgang Puck rice cooker. when i press the lever down to cook rice, the red light does not go on, instead the 'warm' button lights on so it does not cook the rice. how can i get it replaced, i understand it has a lifetime warranty on it.
is there a reset button on the thing? this is my 2nd one and neither have worked past a few seconds....

IS THERE A RESET BUTTON ON THE THING? THIS IS MY 2ND ONE AND NEITHER HAVE WORKED PAST A FEW SECONDS. NO FOOD IN THEM, JUST TURNING THEM ON TO SEE IF THEY WORKED.
