my juke starting flashing a verizon logo and then turned off . the keys light up , but that's all i can get. the logo won't show up anymore and i tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, charging it with the battery in and out and i still have nothing. please help ?

I am unable to "press" certain HTML buttons on websites when using my SMT5800. I can navigate to a HTML button on screen using the 4-way (hardware) control on the front of the phone, but nothing happens when I press the center of the 4-way control when the HTML button is active. Other kinds of links seem to work fine, it's only "button" style controls in a website that seem to be a problem.
