right i have copied scottyp2 uninstalled and reinstalled the mp3 on my laptop. but it still says conectting then disconected i have also tried homieOmar but his didn't help either when i try to install it says cant find the necessary software.then i click on uninstall it does it i take it out put it back in and it says found new hardware but wont install it also above reinstall it says this device was not configured correctly (code1) but on my other computer above that it says this device is working properly so i wont work on my laptop but works on my bigger computer strange please help!! i have tried updating dosn't help either
