The align screen for MC9090 is not calibrate. Already calibrate but still the touch screen is not proper.

The screen may be out of calibration. Press the blue FUNC and ESC keys to launch the calibration app. Use your stylus to touch the center of each target as it appears. If this doesn't work, you are likely in need of a touch-screen repair.

Check to see if there is some sort of Touch Screen Calibration mode that you can use. I'm not familiar with that model, so I don't know what menu items you have available. Is there a Utilities function? That might be where something like Touch Screen Calibration would reside.

Another thing that I just thought of is you might have a dead battery for the settings. Some devices have a battery that keeps a voltage applied to a chip that contains settings information. If the battery has died (too old), the settings may have been erased. Data such as Touch Screen Calibration values would be stored in this memory. These batteries usually keep the memory alive for several years, but they eventually wear out. More modern devices keep this info in Flash memory that does not need a battery. Screen calibration is usually done at the factory when the machine is manufactured.

Based on the information you've provided, it seems that the touch screen panel is not aligned. You can try Calibrating the touch screen to resolve the issue.
Calibration option is in the Main Settings 1 Menu of the Camera. Calibration option enables you to perform calibration when the touch panel buttons do not react at the appropriate points where you touch. You can use the paint pen, touch the X mark displayed on the screen. The X mark moves on the screen. Once the calibration option is finished successfully, the touch screen should work.
The Calibration option can be done only if the Menu is accessible.
You can also perform a power reset before performing the Calibration.

Performing a manual power reset

Turn off the camera.

Remove the battery pack.

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.

Reinsert the battery pack.

Turn on the camera.
This should resolve the issue.

Calibrate the g1 touch screen on the device by going to Start>Settings>System Tab>/Screen then Click Align Screen If you cannot get to the Screen Alignment utility using the menu’s, it can also be accessed by pressing the Volume Up and Center Navigation Buttons at the same time.

After hard reset i can not calibrate my touch screen. There is appear align screen and... nothing. Can i remove align ...

I believe under the aditional funcation screen, you can calibrate the touch screen. Is the screen working at all? Does it look like there is Water on it and you can not wipe it OFF. If so, the display screen is cracked and needs to be replaced.

Turn the ds on without a game in it and go to the settings icon (looks like a tiny ds) on the bottom middle of the screen then go to the far right yellow icon and it will re-calibrate the touch screen and let you know if calibration was a success.

It will need a new screen. This is a common fault on this type of terminal and since the touch pannel is incorporater on the screen assembly, that is the only solution.

You could always try a software update from IPL mode, however is not very likely that it will resolve the calibration issue.
