You cant block icomming calls from some specific numbe with Nokia 301, but as a compromise solution would be to silence it, i.e. to play silence, when unwanted number is calling. You can create group unwanted, add your unwanted numbers, download some silence tone and assign this tone as the ringtone for this group.
unfortunatel your phone does not reject.The only thing you can do is to add that number under screened numbers so that it does not ring when calling you.It will be able to call you but will not ring.
You can not block that number.Your mobile will not support for that. * You can do one thing.You can add that number to the screened list. * If you add means your mobile will not ring if that person calls you. * Their you will see the miss call information. * If they send you message means it will be stored in the screened message. * If you want to add that number means you should follow this steps. * If you have miss call from that number means select that number there you will be having option select that option. * There scroll over to add to scrn.list select that one. * Then it will ask do you want to add this number to screened list. * Select it. * From now you wont get ring if that person call you. * Message will be stored in screened message.Select message scroll over to screened message.In that you will find the message.

They will provide you with message centre number wich you have to put it in the message settings of your mobile.
Then you go to mesaages in your mobile then to settings then to text messages then to message
then to profile then to message centre number and put it there then save
in nokia we dont have any basic setting to block the incoming calls. Also in prepaid its not available we can try our customer service if you are using postpaid. the call barring facility is available in specific operators am not sure about that try once your customer support.
nokia phones are not made to block specific phone numbers. special applications must be installed or be downloaded to have this made but i doubt it. nokia only has the call barring feature that bars ALL calls and incoming text messages.
I would just like to know how I can block a particular number through my 6060. Please don't tell me divert the calls; that's not the solution. T
here are just a few numbers from a couple of people that I don't ever want to receive any messages or calls from. My other friend's seem to able to block numbers on their more recent Nokia phones. Don't tell me the 6060 is too old fashioned to be able to do that?
