Image on viewfinder is very distorted and saturated. Image seems to be fine when I download them. I checked all settings and replaced CF card with no luck. Is this the sensor?

If the pics are fine when you download them, then the sensor is fine. The distortion is more likely a screen problem. Sometimes a small crack in a corner will cause such a problem.

Blotchy black Ink when using bypass tray and card

Most likely some developer or ink spilled in the ribed plastic ares between the bypass and the processor. If you have a shop vac or something like that. remove the drum and toner and vacuum that area. You can also try just using the crevas tool and sliding it back and forth where the paper feeds into the bypass.
Or your cadr stock is flipping and knocking developer out of the housing. If that is the case, there is most likely not much you can do, other than try turning the paper over and seeing if there is excessive curl in the paper.

Picture flickers in and out

Kinda hard to diagnose with the limited info, but try borrowing a monitor and see if the result is the same. If yes. look at your video card. Bad connection or cable from PC to monitor will do this too. Try removing and reinstalling your video card. Sometimes they have a bad connection to the motherboard.

Syncmaster 2232gw led blinking.

Change the screen resolution. The video card or video display may not be compatible to the supported video setting of the monitor. Try changing the video resolution to a lower setting such as 1024x768 and bit depth to 32 bit.
