I have one more year on my subscription of syp sweeper, I talked to customer service this morning. However, she said to talk to tech support because the screen is still saying that my subscription has expired. Please fix this for me.

Call 1-800-867-7183 and talk to tech support. The phones may just need a code update. This can be done over the phone and they will talk you thruogh each step.

I am wanting to reset my E4216 to the factory setting but i do not have the disk


When you talk of resetting to Factory settings, you are talking about clearing out your Cmos. I have a feeling this is not what you want to do, but you want to put in a fresh copy of Vista. Am I correct? I know what a pain it is trying to keep track of software like that. You might try contacting their Customer Service and explain your situation and you should be able to restore for around $20 if not free. Keep looking for your copy. In the meantime, you may be able to restore your system to an earlier point than where you're at now. That may help get the bugs out. Read your Manual.

My update last month has caused numerous message problems and doesn't seem to absorb that I did in fact update my subscription. HELP.


Well, when you renewed your subscription online, you just renewed it on the symantec end. So what you need to do next is open your Norton program, and go to "My Norton Account" or "subscription". Then you need to sign into your norton account from within the Norton Application and it will update your subscription status.

I have a confirmation of renewing my subscription with Symantec--order number 9532099641--on August 9, 2008, but when I got on my computor this morning....it flashed on the screen that my protection had...


your symantec has been expired (this is because you are using a free software of semantec)

reinstalling it would help solve your problem and make sure to update it regulary.

Cant find how to put the side bar


We are talking Vista right and not mac. If your talking about the Vista side bar then heres how to do it.

  1. Vista start menu (windows icon on the bottom left corner)
  2. control panel
  3. Appearance and personalization
  4. Windows side bar properties
  5. check "start side bar when windows starts". You can also customize it from here.

I have a charge on my visa card for TB AOL perfect Disk Live for 4 months and I did not order and I want it taken off of my computer at once. If not you then who can I contact. Thanks


My credit card is currently being billed for a subscription to an AOL product called PerfectDisk Live. How can I cancel this subscription that I signed up for on AOL?
