My brotehr mfc-9320cw printer will not print..it says it is offline how to I reset it to online?

try to turn off the printer. Then turn it on and wait for it to establish connection with your computer. This has to fix your problem.
If the problem persists try to enter the printer from your Computer. If you haven't checked the Use Printer Online box. If you enable that box you will fix your problem

Go to system settings and select the 'Printer' option.

Right-click on the printer and enable the 'Use Printer Online' function.

Cancel all the printing jobs till that moment and redo the process.

Sometimes the 'Printer Offline' message occurs due to a 'Job Stuck' issue.

Check all network connections and functions.

Be sure the network interfaces work properly.

Turn the printer off and on to see whether the device is working properly.
