I have a kitchenaid superba ksrs25ilwh side by side fridge. The freezer is working fine but the fridge wont get cold enough even at the lowest temp

check the damper vent door for proper opening and closing as if this door is frozen shut or broken and jammed it cant open to let cold air in from freezer it will be behind a plastic grille between the freezer and fridge compartments and you should hear a fan in there running to move cold air too

My grill on my cooker keeps going off and on... you cant grill cheese on toast as the grill goes off and the cheese goes cold?

We know that the grill element is working because it does get hot. It sounds like a problem with the grill control.

The auto starters on the grill are no longer working. We changed the batteries, but the grill will only start using a gas hand starter.

Before changing any parts, check the contacts where the battery compartment is, because corrosion on the contacts will make any good battery appear dead. If this is not the problem, then the ignition module has failed either through age or moisture that has ruined it. This ignition module is a common somewhat generic part that is known to go bad.

Wont get hot grill works think the element has

If it is a fan assisted oven, then it is probably the oven element that has failed.
This is usually located at the rear of the inner oven compartment behind a removeable panel

Fan and grill works, grill actually cooks but oven wont heat up - is this the element

Without a doubt this is the element that is faulty.
It is located at the rear of the inner oven compartment behind a removeable cover.

Hi.i have a hotpoint creda c362e cooker the rings work grill works but main oven and top oven elements dont come on even when lights come on when switched on fan works but no heat could you help me on this...

Hi.
Frpm the sympton's you list, I would say that the main oven element has failed, espsecially if the fan is working o/k.
The element is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
In addition to the grill elements in the top oven compartment, there is an additional base element which you can't see.
If you turn the top oven on, the base of the compartment should get hot, if it does not, then the base element has probably failed.
Hope this helps.
